*RATES*

Barn Rental/ Venue Fee

$200 - 3 hours/per event Includes the barn space or camp area

$500 - Major event such as weddings, company parties etc. Includes barn space and property.

$600 - lodge rental Includes main floor of the lodge, deck, and upstairs bed and bath.

*$100 cleaning fee for barn and property rental *$200 cleaning fee for the lodge

*$500 damage deposit Required (refundable upon checkout)

*We contract an outside company to set up and supply tables, chairs, place settings, décor, catering for up 40- 75 people. Outside rates do apply.

Photo Shoots

Venue fee: $100 - 1hr 1/2

Added horses: $50

Arena Rental/ Use 100x200

Arena rental is $75/day-event

Riding pass: $10/per horse or $30/month unlimited

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

$40 per kid for horse rides for 1 hour. * can accommodate up to 6 kids. More than 6 they must take turns.

$300 to rent the barn out for 3 hours. Includes rides for 4 kids (*birthday kiddo rides for free)
